I am just curious how fast everyone has ever been... It don't have to be your car, just as long as you were that fast.

was doing 122 in my parents passat. Maxed out 4th, ran outa room to see where 5th would take me
No car! I soldz it. Now I have a truck. I like it, but apparently it has a hard time keeping up with a slightly modified 4WD protege with half the hp. Neat. -
I was driving a 2005 LS2 GTO
hit 158 in 5th gear 1k before the red line... I still had another gear to go, and it wasn't struggling to get there! I just didn't want to push my luck.

as far as cars go... i actually have a speeding ticket for 156 in a 55. that was a malibu '67 chevelle. that car was built to the hilt! it about shook you to death over 140... it was something to behold! not for the faint of heart!Comment

Frankenprotege got to about 150, speedo fully buried. Had to do the math absed on revs. Saw close to that when I went for a ride in a Testarossa and man it didn't take all that long to get there...'90 AWD Protege, full GTR drivetrain swap, ~320 whp daily driver, RIP, and
'90 AWD Protege, yet another GTR swap, Open class rallycar with a Toyota GT4 gearbox swap, thus crossing the line between hobby and mental illness. And a Brabus E55 K8, removing all doubt.
