    Man The tracking information on the USPS sucks big time, the information you get is that your package has left, but where it is nobody knows. At least when a package is shipped courier, you can find out exactly where it is at any time.

    Yea usps sucks about tracking **** but at least when a us person ships to canada the candians dont have that brokerage fees. Thats why I'd rather ship usps to canada anyday. Plus its cheaper

        Technically USPS just offers "delivery confirmation."

        Which means they tell you when it gets there.

        Canadian mail is just as bad.
        As soon as it hits the border the tracking number is useless.

          My point exactly for mail tracking north and south, it is totally useless, so just drop the friggen thing, to call it tracking is a friggin joke.

            thats why i like UPS You guys are right about USPS i have a cellphone and a short shifter im waiting on, and they both gave me useless tracking numbers! lol
            hopefully they will be here today, but who knows.......

              i did notice that while my package was in canada it was updated at every location, but yes im guessing once it crossed the border that stopped.

                When I wrote complaining about the tracking, I didn't realise that the USPS still were using the pony express as well. A package mailed in L.A. on the 11th finally made it to Canadian customs on the 22nd. 11days, Christ you could have walked from L.A. to the Canadian customs in that length of time.

                  That's strange and messed up. They usually tell me "it will be there in 6-10 days". The quickest shipped into canada was just resently. I believe it was 8 days. Believe it or not the longest shiping thru them was a fuel pump sent to new hampshire. That took almost 2 months. I started flippin out thinking I was going to have to refund the money and be partless lol.

                    Yeah it will prolly take another week before customs gets around to doing anything with it
