an old-school 929 would be cool, no KL though... I've seen an old Luce with a 13b, which was pretty sick

haters gonna hate. the SR is not a bad motor- like the BP, it's gutless without boost and comes apart around 350whp. it just gets a lot of undeserved hype, usually from people who have never driven a car with one... just like the FE3.

The FE3 is significantly stronger then the SR20.
for a late 80's 2.0L it puts up a damn good fight. I have driven a FE3 powered car, & ridden in several others. Its a Torquey motor & truely does **** on the BP.
I think you should be more open-minded about it personally

maybe I should have made this more clear:

strength/performance-wise, the SR and BP are roughly equivalent.
hype-wise, the FE3 is like the SR.

torque in a FWD car is next to worthless.

as for ****ting on the BP, you're welcome to believe what you want.

So this 1 thing alone makes both the BP and SR junk, compared to an FE3? I could care less what engine someone wants to use, but clearly you think using the FE3 is like reinventing the wheel. Its getting a little old.

I.E. youd like me to shut up about the FE3???

I Kept my mazda because i enjoy the ride/quality/ease of repairs- but mainly to be different. I push a little hard on the FE3 subject i realize. in the end id just like to see more people give it a go. I've had my fun with the BP don't get me wrong- i just dont favor it as much as i used to.
