so today i picked up a beater for around town got tired of driving the gas guzzling chev truck (see rusty old crapbox in bg) while i finish my conversion on the probe, so i traded a set of 22's i had sitting in my storage shed

so I go to one of those Sears Essentials stores looking for a brass punch this afternoon. I park in the middle of nowhere because even though the MX3 is a piece of ****, it's MY piece of **** and I don't like people parking near it. after wandering around and discovering they don't have what I need, I head out to the parking lot where I find someone has parked right next to me- a primer/rust early 90s Accord 2-door. it's got a fart cannon, terrible bodywork, no-name wheels, and low-budget tints. so I'm annoyed that some jerkoff parked next to me even though the lot is basically empty and I'm way out in BFE. then I see the note under my wiper:

"want to sell your car? trade you for the Accord on the side of you and some cash?"

this is ****ing insulting, for two reasons:
-yes, my car is ugly and embarrassing, but this Accord was MUCH worse
-of all the cars I've owned, this is the ONLY one this has ever happened to...

I wish I had remembered I had a Sharpie with me, because I really wanted to reply on the note with "ARE YOU HIGH RIGHT NOW" and then drop it through his open sunroof.

Had that happen to me once was a 1990 Chev blazer full size guy was leaning on my hood of my truck when we came out of Walmart and had just spent our last 20 bucks we had on diapers.... I was pissed until he said want to sell your truck... I said everything is for sale for the right price... Apparently he had saw me pull in to Walmart and hit the bank before we came out... He laid out 4500 bucks in hundreds on the hood and said will this do??? Needless to say I sold it on the spot... Gave the ex (gf at the time) 500 bucks and said have fun I have to go buy a car!!!! Walked to the nearest lot and bought a 89 accord for 500 bucks
