    hey all

    i just wanted to let everyone know that i'm still alive! i havent been on here in ages because ive been going through the process of buying a house, moving (still have to empty my old garage...), and beginning an extensive "fixer-upper" process. i am nowhere near done, so i cant promise that i'll be on here with any real regularity . so far i've been cleaning everyday for the last several weeks, trying to get the house ready for interior paint. the house belonged to an old lady....who had 2 dogs and also "smoked like the industrial revolution" as my girlfriend put it. I'm not sure she ever cleaned once... unfortunately the grime wasnt terribly noticeable until the house was emptied of her extensive collection of furniture & junk. got a good deal though . my car may end up sitting for another season depending how the house goes over the next few months... sigh.

    i will be trying to get through all of the OLD PM's in my inbox this weekend, in between shopping the presidents day sales for house stuff and figuring out how to spackle lol. i do still have some E153 plates, hopefully some of you are still interested!

      Nice score on the house! I had to clean a house I rented from top to bottom because the previous owners smoked and probably never cleaned the walls once...turned out to be a couple white walls in the house and I thought they were pale yellow...no lie...lol

      Ironically I'm a smoker myself, but I smoke outside, or in a garage lol.

                            Last I heard, yes. He's doing a lot with his new house and just working. He said he has to replace a piston in the motor, so it's sitting on the back burner for now.
