A lot of those cars I'd like to get my hands on in their stock form. What's up with everyone hanging intercoolers out the front though? Or are those something else?

I think they're oil coolers. Did you notice a lot of the rear plates are bent up?

they are tranny coolers
the plates are bent up so cops cant see them when they are following them some other ones are on hinges so when ever they go the wind pushes them upwards
but those cars are really ****in nice
and yes those lil golfcart cars have been showing up at car shows for a couple years now
