Now you know how I feel!!! I had a hernia operation 3 weeks ago and hair is growing back slowly but surely. The thing hurts though. At it's worse now, it feels like you would 15-20 minutes after having your balls crushed. You have a soar feeling with an uneasy feeling in your gut as well. Yesterday I just returned to work. I found out from the doctor that I had two hernias on the same side and that they had to cut open a 3-4" slit, cut through a lot of nerves to get a wire mesh under my skin for reinforcement. I am thinking, no wonder it hurt so bad. Doing better. Pain meds and alcohol, the best way to kill brain cells, I mean the pain!
