So what is everyone's max bench's and so on.....
I attempted 330lbs the other day, but I got it about 1/2 way up, and it wouldnt budge no more. So 305lbs still stands as my max 1 time bench.
Squats on the other hand, I did a 3 rep max, and put up 435lbs.
And dead lift was 305lbs as well.
