I haven't gained any weight but I haven't been going to the gym So right now I give myself a I'm going to restart monday. It's tough for me because I grew up fat with no exersice or proper eating. I know "excuses,excuses".

turbo do you go by yourself at the gym? if you do.. find someone that will push you.. i used to go bymyself. and i tend to lag.. then i met this crazy foo and he be pushing me .. i go to the gym like MON-FRi for straight 4 hrs..

That's about the size I'd like to be close to ScOrTgTc. Its monday and I'm feeling good about going after work. I just need,like you said, someone to push me. I'm a loner and don't have anyone to lift with. I know I can do this but that motivation sucks.

Well I didn't go monday just because I was stressed about what my bank did to me. I did go on tuesday and did my arms and shoulder for 45min to a hr. Yesterday I was there for about 30-45 min doing legs. Today I'm hitting my back and stomach. I'm fkn hurting right now lol.
