Water spots on windows

just add some amount of vinegar or alcohol to your regular window cleaning agent then wipe it with a microcloth. you can also get window cleaners that have vinegar/alcohol already added.
it always works for me, no spots, no foggy windows.
you can also try it with that multi-purpose razorblade on a handle. I use that for removing fly poo from windows.Garage: Mazda Protege 1995, Z5 engine, MTX, P/S, no A/C, no ABS.

Soak window with water or glass cleaner.
Get a small bit of steel wool.
Rub on window over spots (careful of the paint!).
Wipe dry.
