just b/c he hit the guy doesnt mean its all his fault. He needs to check local/state laws.
one time when my dad was driving his old trueno a d0d in a coke truck pulled out infront of him trying to make a left turn. Then when he stopped (parkinglot he was going into jammed up) my dad hit the brakes, but couldn't stop in time. Plowed the coke truck spewing coke everywhere.
Coke truck lost in court b/c of law in TX. If you cannot sucessfully complete a left turn you are at fault......
probably doesnt apply since laws vary from state to state, but rob needs to check up on that. I dont know exactly how it happened, but rob might be able to get something out of it. You know if the custom clear corners are messed up and the hood is dmged, then all you need is recipts with proof of purchase for the items and the d00d will have to replace them if he is found at fault.Comment
