      Definitely man...there's no way I could afford to pay someone to do some of the **** I've done lately. That floor was originally the 2nd set of stairs down into my basement.

      Im tearing out all the old ****ty plaster in the master bedroom and actually insulatiing the attic. I guess when this place was built in the 40's their idea of insulation was....nothing.
