I just need to go to the JDM shop and get a price, and find out how he legalizes them. The dude imports skylines like crazy and has sold probably 20 in the last year, and he said he could definatley import it if he could find one. I just need to go talk to him.

It would be sick to import a GTR or Protege GTX, but difficult and expensive.

difficult? yes and no. it is somewhat hard to get all the paperwork and stuff done on it, but if you find a good shop or place to have import it for you and talk to them, they will know what you need to fill out and what to do.

expensive? well, i talked to someone and he said it would cost about 3000 or so to ship, then whatever the car costs, and that would include all the taxes and fees and everything. so it is very possible to get one for 5000-6000.

i don't really care how expensive it is, just as long as the payments can fit into my monthly budget i'd start to import one today.

I've decided that my car is a girl, she's picky as hell, won't listen to me, always wants to fight me, and when i give her presents it's never good enough and she always wants more.

Well, today I got alot done. I screwed up my drivers door, but I also
2:changed the oil (Castrol GTX High mileage, 10W-30)
3:changed my valve cover gasket ( old one actually cracked when I took it out)
4:painted my valve cover ( wrinkle red, don't think it'll hold up long)
5:polished my exhaust manifold heat shield ( probably gonna piant it high temp black soon)
6:painted the white Mazda emblem in the grille red
7:mocked up something different for the grille, color wise

Here are some pics from misc. stuff lately.

Sometime in the spring. Then I'll hopefully sell them and buy some Rota Auto-X's.

Meh. I'd stick with the slipstreams.
