what did you do with the internal wastegate. wish you had pics, would love to do this with mine.

Looks like mine but mine is a Tial 35 and is sweet copper colored.

i took the internal actuator off and welded the flap shut

How was the hole made in the manny. Drilled and tapped or cut and welded

Drilled a 1 inch hole with a drill press, then grind it out. Weld on elbow, weld on flange.
