It's the crappy quality of the clearcoat Arospeed put on the wheel. I guess what started it was a rock that chipped part of the clearcoat off...water got under it and it eventually spread.
Oh well, the only time you really notice it is when it's lit like that. Under normal daylight they look normal for the most part.Comment
