True, but it was connected to a much less rigid chassis previously. Just a thought.

Can anyone actually sit back there? Not that i would recommend it, bc a slap to the face from that roll cage would hurt.My car is a Vazondissan. Part Nissan. Part Mazda. Part Ford. Part VW. Part Honda.

I'm guessing you will be padding the roll cage so that you don't hit your head on any of it? If so, the best place I've found is speedway motors. http://www.speedwaymotors.com/Roll-Bar-Padding,896.html
I've tested this stuff in my race car without a helmet on, and it works pretty good.My family has lots of bg's!
2003 Ford Escort ZX2: Project car/future daily driver. Built Ford Tough (With Mazda Stuff)

1992 Protege LX: My old race car. Just a wrecked shell right now. Waiting for scrap to go up so that I can get rid of it.
1992 Mazda 323: Race car

brody. i don't plan on padding the cage. the front cabin area has ALOT of headroom in all directions to the bars. proper harness/seatbelt systems would prevent you flying around the car---Has ClubProtege helped you in someway? show your support by Contributing--- Click Here---

Honestly guys..........what good is an inch or less of foam padding really going to do.
In any serious accident it won't matter---Has ClubProtege helped you in someway? show your support by Contributing--- Click Here---
