BG/BJ frankenspindles........ This is how you get bolt on 5 lug on US shores------ done right (w/ easily obtainable replacement wheel bearings)
Thanks goes out to:
(cody- for sourcing me the rear disc spindles)
(Ferdi- For machine work & fab)
(Alex- For the welding [Struts & Spindles] )
(* my local powder coating guy - $30 for the pile of stuff powdercoated- with a 1 day turn around)

last but not least-
Bought a 140 amp alternator to replace my old 90amp - which went into the mx3 awhile back
And rattle can'd the front bumper with krylon fusion white (dover & satin blend)
^ im sure i'll catch alot of slack for this- Its not by any means permantent- but its significantly better then the media blasted bi color silver/black it was prior.

Awesome update!! I love the rear spindle revision for converting to 5x114.3 though! Very creative! So basically a BJ wheel bearing shaft welded to the BG rear spindles, and use the BJ bearing assembly/rotor on BG calipers/brackets/pads?
The front coilover setup is INSANE though, I can't wait to hear some feed back once you're able to get some mileage on the car!!
Bumper looks good too I can't rag on you for doing what you did at ALL lol I'd do the same, but probably with plastidip! LOL-Jack

Ferdi machined the BG centers out & then turned down the Bj bits.
they are pressed in (with a stop ridge) & additionally welded on both sides.
honestly. its equally as strong as the OEM setup. Just with SUPER beefy wheel bearings. & the added 5x 114.3
as for the brakes... pictured is an 11" rotor.
Soul (ben) mailed me off true Astina rear bolt on 5 lug bits, including the rotors.- which i'll be using right away until i figure out what pads I would like to use on the rear 11" setup.
the astina rear 5 lug discs are identical to that of a BG AWD/pro LX---Has ClubProtege helped you in someway? show your support by Contributing--- Click Here---
