Testing of my in car camera mount.

I was making sure the camera was secured so I can get some mean shots in the near future. For the most part Im concerned about the stability and viewing of the cluster as well as the road. What do you guys think? Think its ready for some nice pulls??

    1st take
Testing my in car camera mount, wanted to make sure the camera was secured. 2nd gear pull.

    2nd take
Testing the mounting of the camera with just some driving. Nothing too crazy.
Anyone knows what 9K rpm feels like? I do

Very nice. To what do you have the mount attached?

          nice solid attachment.
          +1 on "what camera?"

and, you need to get some power to your gauges so you can light them.

            Thanks guys!
To tell you the truth I used my DIY camera mount. It attaches to the headrest bars. Since I still have the oem seats this was possible for me. I was using my Canon ZR900 video camera... nothing too fancy but does the job. As for the gauges, Ya theyre wired up to the dimmer switch instead of a power wire. So everytime I turn on my lights they shut off. I dont know how the hell that happened but ya I want to fix that.

Well heres some pictures of what I used.
            check it out!
As you can see here the U-bolts secures the mount to the headrest bars, Then you can see where the device mounts on the smaller screw(Im going to get an actual tr**** mount and install it here)

and heres the secret to awesome footage

awesome idea on mounting it lol

I also tried hooking up my autometer gauges to the factory dimmer switch so I could theoretically dim them down with the stock gauges too...but it worked quite the opposite lol, dim the stock gauges and they would brighten up, or be completely black when the stock gauges are fully lite lol, got annoying so I just spliced it to the other wire on the dimmer switch harness.

Ya I know right it is annoying. My 2 autometer gauges work perfect but the 2 Greddy ones(you see in the clip) are flat out retarded lol.

It sure was VERY simple and easy to use. Thanks!

Ive got another video for you guys to enjoy
This is my first time editting a video and did it on my Bro's PC.

Awesome man, car sounds good! Funny noise at around 3:20 from the exhaust lol when you were slowing down, guess it's just the in car noise around that rpm....sounded like someone cut the cheese lol.

Are you dumping your wastegate? I can't remember

Thanks bro! That noise could be coming from a loose flange underneath I dont know to be honest.

Yup its dumped... gotta love the EPA laws
