      Do you have a BP05 or BP26 motor?
      1990 Protege 4wd: BP05 forged internals, Mild ported head, GTR intake manifold, Gates racing timing belt, GTX transmission, Stage 3 clutch, 60trim T-3 turbo, Custom down pipe,3" Stainles exhaust, , Walbro fuel pump, RB-Performance fmic kit, HKS bov, Aurfa coilovers, F&R drilled slotted rotors, 16" BBS wrapped with Advan Novea tires, EDM glass headlights with HID's, Familia front and rear bumpers.

              Well at least you bent a rod!

              My buddy gtxfamilia blew his motor this year when we were comming home from a night at the dragstrip and running 110 on both of our rides.
              He had 180k on his boosted bp05 and blew it right before our fwy race! We were having a blow off battle when his motor let loose.
              Here's the damages

                                fortunatly it just bent and you got it home... could have been worse... also my blown motor picture looks WAY worse than the above, about 3 inches of the piston wall was holding the motor together... the pan and rest of the block was muched to nothing... oh well it got me out of a night of work i didnt want to go to anyway
