the engine runs great, but the clutch i put in sucks. gonna be ripping it out again in not too long i think...

i used the OEM clutch that was on the motor. it looked pretty well worn but i had no other option, it was like a week wait from ebay or local parts stores to get a clutch. why, i dont know... since the mx6/626/probe/protege/miata/escort/mx3 all use the same damn clutch.

in retrospect i could have used the ACT disc that i am supposed to be selling to chis, and probably should have. or i coulda used the GTR clutch, but i didnt have a new pilot bearing to install in that flywheel...

i hate this car. anyone want to buy a 91 EGT... 181k, 102k on the motor, unknown miles on the tranny but it shifts great.

lol sorry to hear. I remember you saying it was fine in your other car before it was pulled so i dunno why it sucks now. ahh well.

idk i never really drove that car on the road... just tooled around in a field in 1st and 2nd gear. it had an open exhaust manifold sooooo going on the road wasnt an option really lol..

like 4k and up at WOT in 3rd gear or higher is when this thing starts to slip. its not really bad... its driveable right now... but its definately toast and needs to be changed

I am throwing out a bunch as well. All three are used though.
