        Yikes man, sorry to hear about the 3rd gear. You should just slap an h-series tranny in there and make it fit haha.

          if i was going to custom fab something it'd be an MR2 turbo tranny, but alas that is out of my price range at the moment.

              a couple guys in australia started doing the conversion on AWD BG's with Celica GT4 boxes. turns out, the MR2 turbo tranny is pretty much the exact same thing, just without the rear transfer. a couple guys down there have done it on FWD's, but afaik no one has done it in the states yet.
