on the digi if you zoom in on shots they will most likely be blury but if you keep it out they come out nicer

heres some more pics, i welded on the valve to replace the smaller wastegate flap, i gasket matched the hotside and o2 housing, and made the wastegate port a lil bit bigger..... oh and i had to take better pics of my turbo after i neverdulled it....lol....Attached Files92 protege lx-

the white line is a white out pen i figured id trace around the flap to show how much i removed around it, i couldnt fit the pen tip next to it b4 hand...i also used it as reference for the wg port....92 protege lx-

Be sure to give that wastegate flapper a water test to make sure it seals 100% & port the outlet of the dump pipe too

yea i was gonna do the o2 housing some more on the outlet but thatll give me somethin to do tomarrow after work, and ya i tested the flapper it seals and holds..... i used some wd40 and filled it up, i figured yould seee where it leaks better... there is a very very very minor seapage of the wd40 so its deffinatly sealed pretty good....92 protege lx-

yea so ryan i tested it again cause your a pain in the ass...lol... its sealed , and very well...lol.... its so smooth its hard not to....
but anyways i got my gtx manifold from oldschoolricer today , paints coming off so itll be bead blasted this week and then ill weld the tab thats broken off on the end and take some of the casting flash out of the inside.......gotta find my dremel tool and extension again.....Attached Files92 protege lx-
