nah. I told Brandon when I dropped the car off that I was more concerned with it being right than with it being done quickly. it'll be done when we're happy with it.

honestly, this is above and beyond what I originally paid him for. after all the cars I've built, I'm more content to be the idea guy (with the money)

in all reality itll take me probably another 3-4 weeks to finish and that is with out the e153 swap and with out a megasquirt but we should do something next summer like a mazda meet at NED and rent the track

I was mostly joking about finishing in 12 days, that would be one hell of a timeline for everything you're doing! I did my E153 swap in ~10 days but that was working on it 8-12 hours per day, in a fully outfitted fab shop, with help from my girlfriend's father (I spent a week of vacation time on it). The track is open till the end of October though, so there's still a chance you might be able to make it up there for a weekend or two...

I agree we should definitely set something up for next year, renting the track would be awesome. I know a couple of people I might be able to talk into going, even more if we didn't make it exclusively mazda/ford.

PS I'd love to come take a look at this thing sometime
