we're currently stuck trying to find a driver's side transmission mount, so there haven't been any updates due to that. I'll take some more pictures the next time I'm over there.

the outside looks about like what you'd expect of a stock 15-year-old wagon that was previously owned by a teenage girl.

Lookign good. lov ethe PC work.

Question since you spent all the time PC the motor and stuff. Why not clean and repaint the engine bay while motor was out? or is that later. Wire tuck look great.

because a) it's taking long enough as it is and b) why paint the bay when I have to notch the frame rail next summer when the E153 goes in?

I'm pulling the motor/trans next winter and the bay will get smoothed/painted then.
