    i've got the switch mounted right next to the dimmer switch/ dial. got the foglight switch out of an escort gt.

    and it is wired in independently of all other lighting. all i gotta do is turn the key and it has power. wired it in to the fuse panel under the dash. works real nice. never have to worry bout leavin lights on during the day on accident.

    had to replace the backlighthing bulb. but you can get that bulb out of any of your switches on the dash. very very very small bulb. lol. ford wanted like 16 bucks just for that lil bastard.

      Next to the dimmer switch we have rear fog light switch but haven't wiring for front ones!
      Yes, those bulbs are tiny ))

          its off a hyundai s-coupe. like a 95. but it doesnt fit completely snug. i gotta get some spacer plates drawn up n made up for this. but the 3rd brake terminal plugs right in to the trunk wiring harness.

          i woulda gotten an escort lx wing but they didnt have any that were in good shape around here. but this one is decent. it works just has some gaps i wanna fill in. now lookin for a canadian spoiler. seein if jack can dig one up for me.

            couple updates..dont know where to begin but here it goes..

            body work is done. and came to the realization that this is a 19 year old minnesnowtan car..so body work is hereby DONE. only paint touchups from here on out.

            no more turbo swap for this girl. shes terminally ill with skin cancer but it is getting a fresh BP with some minor upgrades.

            painted rims black this summer. got sick of the silver rims..ishy.

            installed new rotors, pads and calipers in the rear last spring and painted em chevy engine orange to go along with the black/orange theme. recently installed the brand new calipers and pads off my parts car and got them painted to match rears as well.

            put new kyb GR2 struts up front with a passenger front wheel bearing.

              now...as far as the engine build goes... fresh rebuild and thats it.

              -new bearings
              -same pistons and rods
              -head was went thru and planed out
              -cylinder walls honed
              -new w/p timing kit
              -cut intake manifold (cant show pics for legality purposes
              -Kia 290cc fuel injectors
              -Kia exhaust manifold (being modded for better flow)
              -ex-intake cam swap
              -4-wire TPS
              -gonna re-try at the k-code since i effed up the last one or just do MS2 v3.0
              -cleaned HLA's

              *first legal beer..

                assembly-gettin closer.

                as of today, im waiting on an exhaust cam, HLA's, w/p timing kit, thermostat and housing and that is all. engine will be ready to install next week but wont go in for another 2 or so due to vaca time.

                going to take the flywheel down and get it resurfaced.

                looking into MS1 v3.0 within the next month... so hopefully that becomes a reality very soon.

                    lol thanks man. lotta pics. but oh well. coulda painted the block but i just said eff it!

                    cant wait to drop it in. did a 'dyno' on my friends i-phone of the current engine...first run was 73...and the next was 115... avg of 93 hp at the wheels. shes got between 220k and 250k rounds on it and is bone stock. to my knowledge nothing on the internals has been touched. and i've had it for the last 3 years and put on over 100k.

                    seeing as stock is at 125 at the crank. im hoping to get 150 at the crank with the minor mods added.

                    cam swap = around 10 and i figure i may be able to squeeze an extra 15 with the injectors, ex-manifold and few extras. but we'll see.

                      You wont need MS1 for this project, those injectors are not much bigger. I think if you stick with the stock VAF you will be set. If you go with the K code it will run too rich due to the bigger injectors

                        it ran rich w/o the bigger injectors. maybe i'll just get a wideband instead. and tune the fuel with that.

                            ya youll need atleast ms1, ms2 you can get a flex fuel sensor so it can adjust per the ethanol rating, kind of like octane adjust sensors on some non ethanol cars.... but if you can stay consistant with the grade of E then you shouldnt have too much of a problem... one of these days ill fill my tank with it, ive almost got the 1200s good on 93 now...

                                30% bigger injectors and ms1 will be fine, its all im using, and i havent heard too many problems not using the ms2 and flex sensor... gimme a few weeks ill hopefully be able to let ya know... i think antonio went e85 last year till he popped it, he only had ms1 too...i believe.... ive read most people dont touch the cranking settings to just mainly the ve table, and add like 3-5 timing across the board...
