        I pulled the olde harness and distributor saturday, I also started my switch panel/ radio delete. More progress to come after the parents go home.

            Not much to update yet, parents left saturday night and I've been busy with work since. Ill have some updates tonight seeing as the rest of the week it will be pouring from earl's feeder bands

                  UPDATE:

                  it runs again!!
                  after having issues with a small flood and my wiring i found out my fuel pump relay bit the dust, so after jumping the wires it started the first try on the base map.

                    BTW instead of running that cap in the coolant hose, you can just drill and tap a nipple on your coolant neck and then jstu run a hose off there into a resavoir

                    thats what ive done and i never see temps higher than 190 unless im at a long ass stop light

                      I have seen the nipple in the water pipe setup, and as soon and the car comes back apart I will be doing something similar but I'm out of time right now.

                      Besides, this car is simply my rolling proof of concept. ill be rethinking a lot of stuff when its down again$

                          OK so updates and such..

                          since my last update I have:

                          been to the dyno twice to get my car tuned
                          drove the hell out of it.
                          replaced a few maintenance items (dam Alt belt blew up on the dyno)


                          to be done is the next few days:

                          new few box wiring to be installed (thanks jinx/m323)
                          finish welding on the exhaust, maybe install a flowmaster muffler again.
                          pull out my engine harness and shape up its overweight ass
                          pull the cowl and fix my water leak
                          mount all my gauges and make the tach/speedo work again. (curious on what i can do with the MS once is has a MPH reading.. hmmm)
                          put on new tires, mine are dead (see: drove the hell out of it)


                          to do before the end of the year:
                          get a set of D2 coilovers
                          put in my front swaybar
                          replace brakes all the way around
                          redo clutch line
                          replace radiator setup





                          hopefully once my wideband is here Ill be logging some more hours to do some behind the wheel tuning.

                              pulled an entire mx3 harness today.
                              also started the car and ran it for a bit, I have a bracket race the weekend of the 5th to prepare for :x
