its not the kit. its the pressure ratio from the engine. its not well designed to ventilate

I plan on tightly sealing all the covers...especially the rear. Damn thing looks like such a pain to replace even while the motor is out of the car

there should be holes through the pulley large enough to get a socket through, so you can get on the heads of the 3 bolts holding it in place.

then there is a metal bracket on the back bolting to the block.

Here's a pic of the ps pump on the milli motor. As you can see there's no holes that go all the way through the pulley. The 4 holes only go half way through. Also this pulleu is plastic. The one on the mx3 motor has 2 huge holes so I don't see a problem getting that off

I have a cave man solution to your problem. Smash the facken pulley right off the power steering pump with a hammer, then un-bolt the pump. I would use a punch to pin-point my violence.

Then use the MX-3 power steering pump when you put the engine in your car.

Next problem, this one bores me.

(You would never be able to tell I worked flat rate at a auto recycler). LOL

I think you need to put the acessories back one with the belt and loosen that nut holding the pulley on then take your belt back off. or you could try and impact it off

Tried the belt technic. No go. I'll probably just use 2 dowel type pins and make it so I can use a pry bar to hold it from turning

i agree with IMACHU2 just smash the pulley off and use the one from the mx3
