stupid fedex!!!! they delivered it and dropped it off at a different house down the street YESTERDAY! Luckily no one was home so I noticed it on the door step still! Good thing I went for a walk looking for it since the tracking number said "delivered at door step, no signature required" WTFFFFFF. Could have sent it off with my piping to get welded! ARG!

Also received my 2.5" straight coupler and my sway bar mount bushings that I got off ebay today, since I didn't think my ES order would have been in by now LOL might end up running these tho, came with proper grease and have grease grooves unlike the ES ones. I used a synthetic brake grease on them when installed.
That's just more work tho haha, so who knows, might sell them if someone wants em.-Jack

haha ya, my plans were to disassemble it to inspect everything anyways, I'll be testing the spring rates to make sure I don't go much more than 15lbs.
Here's some pics tho
tops off to ya lol I figure it was around 20lbs
housing looks mint
piston assembly looking good, diaphragm looks new, but o-ring...
not so much lol that's a $1 fix tho
dual springs, I'm going the thicker diameter, which is able to set around 10-17psi, small one is good for about 7-8psi max, and both can be good for about 25-27psi max...
So here's it re-assembled with the larger diameter spring to check the resistance
also clocked the top to point the vac line at where I think the right spot will be
then I make sure the piston moves freely and with one hand lol
success! so it opens much easier than the dual springs @ max softest and also has full piston travel...I'll measure the spring rate when I re-assemble it with the new o-ring seal.
oh ya, my poly bushings for the front bar, if anyone's interested lol

haha doubtful, just looks like ****ty quality rubber for the o-rings, so I went out and replaced the piston seal and the top hat seal. Barely looks like it was used otherwise lol
I pressure tested it with the old o-ring and it was leaking from the piston with the thicker spring around 50% hard/soft. Now it seals with it back out all the way to soft haha. So I'm happy with that.Last edited by Mazda_Powered; 04-08-2011, 03:29 PM.-Jack
