Just got this ordered up the other day from 10000rpm. The whole assembly only weighs 10.5 lbs and is rated like 800 ft-lbs or something rediculous like that.

Gonna clean the engine up a little bit and redo the seals this weekend. As soon as the clutch comes, I can get the motor and tranny sat in and start fabbin **** up.

Ya, and if you wanna make it a triple, u just swap the spacers out and add a disc and a fiber.

I saw a satellite pic of that spot they have rubber and vht built up there like a legit drag strip. Search youtube "NYC streetracing" theres an 80s g body dragging the bumper through 2nd gear.

That's actually a pretty decent price considering I've paid 900 for a clutchmasters flywheel and stage 3 clutch. And the flywheel by itself weighed 10 lbs.

I'm confused though, aren't you planning a Toyota box swap?

Ya, it really isn't a bad price.

Yep, I'm using an awd ST205 tranny. The flywheel and pressure plate assembly are standard BP which they sell for a miata. I just called em up and got them to put e153 splined clutch discs in it.

Awesome clutch setup. How tall is the entire assembly? I know that there is not much room under the st205/185 bellhousing for a "tall" clutch setup. I called carbonetic a while back to see if they did a triple plate clutch for the E153, and they said they only had a double because there physically just wasnt room under the housing for 3 plates. Although with this setup, you have the adapter plate that will push the tranny outward, so you probably would be fine...even if you move to a triple plate someday.
