managed to wrestle the bushings on and got to drive her today. she needs the struts and springs bad. they should be here this time. i also got new ball joints, sway bar links, oil, and plugs ill install tomarrow discovered she had motorcraft plugs :p sorry only NGK for me picture tomarrow i hope

well that alternator ended up letting go when i hit a big puddle here in so cal. I mean it literally broke off the mounts. check it out







Shes all fixed now. turns out there was no bolt at all for the bottom alternator mounts.............. So i got a new bracket and replaced the bolt. but during all this it murdered my battery . so after all this today she should be sea worthy finally. all i have to say is wow never expected this many problems but its getting better as i patch things up

Now the fun can start

Alright with all the B.S and bugs worked out i can actually start upgrading instead of replace lol. its all suspension once i get back to work and ill start piecing the turbo stuff together

ok after a little down time im finally getting back on this car. I ordered the S/R zx2 struts and S/R conversion perches from zxtuner.com today. Im will calling them so as soon as there ready ill grab them. I have a motor mount to replace and while im doing that i will make them soild. I plan to grab a ES bushing kit, strut tower bars, pierce tie bars, and upgrade the sway bars. After all this and i have the car running and driving tits ill grab anthor BP and start building my turbo engine.

it really sucks cause i lost 2 cars in a month and this car became the only one i have good thing is we are picking up some new rides when tax times hits. Im getting a millenia s for the wife and ill grab anthor beater. ill take pictures of the struts and everthing once i get on them

Struts Repaired!!!

got my zx2 s/r struts, ball joints, tie rod ends and sway bar bushings all installed this past weekend



much needed repairs!



grabbed a mazda valve cover, f2t bypass valve, extra TPS sensor ( it looks new!) and a super clean window visor non lighted type from a wagon.
next i have my eye ona couple sets of f2t injectors


at the DMV cost me $180

car rides much better. still needs bushings i think. next will brakes, clutch, timing belt, and axles. A/C and cruise control delete will be coming soon as well

there more just for now then anything. the price is what sold them. when this car retires from dd duty in na few months shes getting gutted and hopefully some ksport circuit dampners (im gonna be madly in the hole to my job lol) im going to live so close to my job by summer it wont matter if shes a dd or not i have alot of idea and things im considering.
