heres a pics of my new set up.. sohc turbo.. t3 t4 turbo ported and polished, 38mm wastegate, wastegate tub out side bumber, 2.5 down pipe 27'6'3 intercooler 2.5 charge pies 2.5 exhaust blaster2 coil pack, 8mm wires, drag 4 puck clutch more timing f2t injectors apexi safc2 and lots more..






it use to have a t25 on 11psi.. now it should really fly.. i love the sohc.. i dont see why people dont like them ive bet alot of cars with it.. but theres some pics.

that should wake up the sohc pretty well lol. still running the f series trans?? how much boost?

11 psi of boost.. its a animal in the 1/8. loads of torque. just a fun dd. the car is probably low 14 high 13 probably around 101 103mph trap.. i raced my buddys srt4 when it was trapping 106 and i wasnt losing by much... need a better way to tune it and i garuntee id hang. and that was on the old setup..

i made my log manifold for $40. i have more money in the coupler and feed line then the whole kit.. i have $700 in the whole turbo kit.. car and turbo kit i may have 1500.

i need a megasquirt but im not a tunning person.. thats my down fall. i can do body work fiberglass welding painting i dont mess with tunning unless its a old carb.. my real car is a 72 chevelle 454 roller big block soon to have boost on her to.. i need to find someone to tune it.. my freind tuned it ok best he could but wideband says it like to idle at 10.0 alot and jump all over the place.pig rich.

^ more power to you, i wanted to boost a SOHC. but had my eyes set on a rear mount turbo

there alot of bad things about the rear mounted turbo.. how far everything has to travel and the spool time is laggy, and you have to buy a good pump to make sure your return has no back pressure.. but thats just what ive seen..

thanks.. its a fun toy.. alot of people couldnt believe how fast it was till i rolled out on a couple cars.lol and then they saw the sohc and they were like wow... lol... its fun for now .. i may spray meth on it sooon.. depends on how bored i get.

I could imagine how quick it is lol, I'm surprised on how my small turbo pulls the car around, and the sohc isn't a hell of a lot different from a BP (bottom end wise) so it should take the punishment for a while lol
