    Alright heres some photos of some of the progress Ive made starting from a few months back..


    new timing kit and water pump. Also new cam seals, front/rear crank seals.






    Tracer corners




    Freshly blasted parts courtesy of Protegenoob17








    Pan ready. I put a MBSP in as well..no pic tho







    Cleaning out the intake port gunk and replacing all freeze plugs.



    TB and GTX Injectors installed. Thers also a GTX manifold there that got replaced with a GTR mani like a week after I installed it lol..




    ACT PP, KL V6 Exedy disk, 99 Miata FW




    65 Duro liquid urethane mounts, trying to keep it comfy for a daily lol..




    5th Gear swap.





    Modding cluster to fit the deep ass vdo water temp gauge..

      Modding for the aem wb and booooost gauge bracket









      Put led bulbs behind the fuel/speedo/tach. Not super pleased with the result, but the cluster aint coming back out lol..





      Clutch in and engine hanging apparatus haha. Works great I love it.





      Getting cleaner... CS braided clutch line in there




      Cold side pipe. Has since been welded.







      All new coolant hoses




      Tucked the knock box by the strut tower




      Knock sensor



      Harness





      GTR left GTX right




      Installed




      PS cooler








      Walker flange outlet, ported to match. Ported the lip off the compressor housing too. came out decent imo







      The coupler/rad clearance looks tighter than it really is.

        awesome pics man! She should be a smooth ride! I'm finally using that vj11 compressor housing I got off you so I can ditch the flanged outlet this season lol, only took me welding up two outlet pipes to cave in haha.

          Thanks, Im hoping so. Haha yeah I had fun fitting up that flange, This was my second try and it came out decent. At least the flanges are cheap lol. vj11 housing would have been the way to go for sure.

              Nice! Loving the pics!

              ?- did you sand the green off the back of the gauge faces, or just leave them? Also, the needles could have been sanded, and painted to match the red needles of the other gauges, just as a too late type suggestion. everything turned out really well either way! Keep it up!

                In the pic of the compressor outlet and coupler you can kinda see it. I used a vj11 hard drain pipe, and shortened it about 2". Its a little tight but no kinks. Its the same setup on the red car as well. If the barb on the pan was shortened one coil of barbs, (I guess thats a way to put it lol..) It would be ideal.

                Thanks! No I just left them. I remember you metioning that. Ill be honest, I wussed out on messing with the needles lol. I bought the leds because the water and boost gauge was way brighter than the other 3 gauges. I wanted to brighten them up and use the dimmer to back them all down some. The leds are white. Turned out like a turquoise tho lol. ohwell.

                  how light is that miata flywheel. i remember reading somewhere that it was a few pounds lighter to start VS the BG one

                      Builds done. Runs great. Havent got on it much, still breaking in the clutch. The wideband isnt hooked up and its running open dp. Getting alignment and 2.5 exhaust this weekend. Overall very happy. I have the front bumper on now, but no pics. Will be rocking the 4x4 stance for a while.

                        Looks great! Can't wait to see pics with the bumper on.

                        If you'd like, here in a few weeks I'll have a set of blues w/ ground control coilovers for sale. I'd cut you a super deal on them since you'd want to grab some front camber plates or at the minimum, some conical front hats to eliminate the binding issue they currently have. Other than that issue they are great!
