4 Brad NEW KYB GR-2's with Canuk motorsport springs
Escort GT front bumper ( hides the FMIC )
Escort GT side skirts
Escort GT grill
MX6 Cat-back exhaust w/Bosal bro-speed muffer with modded OEM looking tip ( not loud or ricey )
Rust proofed engine bay
NEW entire front rad support last spring ( old one was damaged by previous owner )
Black MX3 GS front an rear seats
Black protege , MX3 consoles
Front an rear strut braces
NEW driver side CV shaft
stock EGT N/A Ecu
it's a little rough, and needs some refining ( no reflection on the PO)
observations on the way home (55 km 90% highway)
bothersome exhaust rattle from the rear end
ride is tight and not too bad
boggy/ stutters on mild accell in 5th @ 3k rpm
steering wheel/column too high for the seats
pass side headlight out<<<<<<<<<<<< fixed just loose connector
windshield
wire in proper cooling fan control
little rough shifting into 5th
shift linkage needs work just 3rd link?
speedo cable binding / floating
to do list :
1. swap in WB 02
2. see what can be done with the exhaust rattle. FIXED just had to clearance the tip downwards a bit
3. wire in relay + temp sensor for cooling fan
4. fix speedo cable
5. inspect shift linkage
6. rear disc swap . ebrake cable issue or will pro cables fit
7. tune for emissions testing <<< this should be fun
someone recently asked me why i would call it "the green machine"
2 reasons :
1. it's freaky green
2. with the mx3 seats and the non-tilt unmodded steering the seating position is the same as
