My old wagon got aerosol bed liner, it worked pretty damn well, but I'm actually thinking of making some molds and laying up some carbon fiber pieces. It would be beneficial, as they would work on the white five too, plus anyone's sedan, wagon, or 5door who wanted a set. I'm sure if I could do them for under $150 I'd be able to sell a few sets.

if you are going to do the window trim you'd HAVE to make matching clip-on for the vertical trim as well ...

yeah i need to cover up a little rust patch there lol

omfg I need an RMM grille again... =/

I totally thought about making some window trims before.. but at least for me, I felt it was easier just to paint/dip them.. CF vinyl if anything too...

Now, making a mold of the RMM grille... yes, do that.

            Clear came out nice.

Mocked up the rear spoiler before prepping for paint, added a full set of OEM molded mudflaps, then later swapped the 7spokes off the S/R and onto the wagon.

I'm pleased with the grille, lots of prep sanding, three coats of base, and 5 coats of clear. I'll have to wetsand and polish it eventually, but it shines quite nicely already. I baked it for a few hours in my ghetto garage paintbooth, so it may not even require the color sanding. We'll see.

It is that modified civic spoiler from my old wagon. I'm gonna paint it the same way as the grille, but I'll have to hit it with some sort of plastic primer first. I guess I'll need some white base after prime, that's what the grille was, and the color match is almost dead nutz.

                  Thanks

I'll have more stuff to update tomorrow, after I install some parts. I did just purchase a turbocharger and manifold for this thing though, thanks Matt. I've got pretty much everything else to make it work just sitting around. It'll also get the 2.5" Mandrel bent exhaust from the 5 door since that thing is getting a 3" job...

I might snake those studs in a few weeks for a future spi head swap for more boost. I'm just gonna do 30lb injectors, RR-AFPR, AFMU, fmic, vented bpv, blowthru maf, E85, with a Wideband sensor and 5psi to start. I'll turn it up once I get it dialed. Then I'll get a t-bird hybrid built for when the time comes to spi hybrid the engine, and push more like 17psi.

I've been busy hoarding away some parts for this pig. Weather sucks today, so I'm not in the mood to really do much, but here's an update:

                                VJ14
                                EXP/TurboGT manifold
                                36LB injectors
                                Cartech AFMU
                                AEM Wideband
                                Autometer Boost Gauge
                                Innovate Turbo timer
                                SVO oil feed fitting
                                1 (of 2) 300zxTT BPV
                                Whitey Bend Downpipe
full 2.5" Stainless Mandrel bent Exhaust, w/ Cat, 2 resonators, and a ZX2 S/R borla muffler and sleeper 2.5" tip (not pictured) it'll be slow and quiet.
                                Saab dual pass FMIC
a 5lb spool of aluminum mig wire (for oil return, charge piping and mounting the BPV)
2" Aluminum charge piping with 3 ply silicone couplers and t-bolt clamps (will be 1 piece turbo to IC, & 1piece IC to TB)
                                AEM water-meth Kit (not pictured)
RoodWorks passenger mount, window weld filled f&r mounts
K-sport coilovers, getting a set of QA1 springs- 7" 250LB/in front and 10" 200LB/in rear (springs not pictured)
                                Rear Disk swap (not pictured)

That'll be about it for performance, I have some other goodies for the interior and exterior...

Still need a clutch, and to relocate clutch slave and PCV tube, as well as an AFPR to drop base fuel pressure. It should only take a good weekend to get this thing done. I only plan to run wastegate pressure on this block, maybe I'll slap together a 1.9/SPI-hybrid for 15psi later. (god knows I have a few 1.9's laying around)
