Hey guys. Starting on my recently acquired BG Protege. It is a 1990 with 150k miles. Bought it for $250 in North Carolina and I am dragging it back to my shop in South Carolina. It currently runs and drives but not for long... previous owner says when driving it dies after about 10 mins. I am thinking fuel pump based on previous experience but not 100% sure yet. Will know more when I get it to the shop and dig in. Plans for this car are to fix it up, clean it up, and make it into a strong and fun DD. I currently drive a 2011 Mazda2 that will be sold once the Protege is ready. Thanks for any helpful tips and tricks you may have. Learning a lot already just looking around on here.

Love for the DX. I've never noticed anyone actually powdercoat the sohc VC. however it looks good.
