This mod makes a lot more sense than most of the stuff I see people doing on here. Besides the obvious visibility improvement, it has the potential to look very nice, without being overly flashy. It's not terribly expensive, either, which is a definite plus.

This is with the headlights OFF, obviously... The halos are wired in to my running lights.

Current progress... Bumper TOTALLY doesn't fit now cuz of the size difference in the headlights, but since this picture I've already shaved the grill inwards an inch on both sides and it fits nicely. Unfortunatley, I now have a LOT more modding to do to the bumper to make it sit right with the headlights, they're further back and higher up than the old ones, but nothing I can't do in time. The whole project is coming along nicely since I've been putting effort into it. As for makin the halos blue, it's awesome, there's literally just little bulbs that plug in, so it would take me 5 minutes tops to switch out all the bulbs and make them any color I want. I considered making them blue, but realized what a bad idea that is, since they are always on at night with my headlights, and I get pulled over enough already. I COULD have wired them up seperately to a switch, and then yes, that would look totally kickass. I actaully considered putting strobes in the holes instead of bulbs, cuz i'm a blinking light freak, but... i like the basic look, not too flashy.... get it? flashy? haha... ok, it wasn't too funny but i thought it was hilarious..

A cow catcher is that big ass scoop hanging off the front of your car.

a cow catcher is the giant metal triangle type thing on the front of trains. way back in the wild west days when buffalo and cows roamed the open grounds they would sometimes lay on the train tracks and the cow catcher pushed them off the trachs withour killing the cow and every1 on the train...
