I didn't get the windsheild done friday. They got the wrong windsheild. They squezzed 171 out of me this morning. So when I get back it will be done.

According to them "most ppl perfer them. This way they don't have to get an aftermarket sunstrip" sorry but that sunstrip that comes on it gets fully covered by my sunvisors so why would I want something that little? Well now that that's done next step is tint. This will wait for winter cold to come around though(no a/c)

$171??? That better be PPG glass or they can go find another customer!!
The price is the same at cost for the cheap china glass and the good american glass. Trust me I had Chris (gtxfamilia) look it up for me on the maroon car yesterday. And make sure they install new molding and use proper primer b4 applying the urethane. Make sure you watch them so they dont skip any steps!

I wasn't able to watch them because I was working but I was an autoglass installer for 4 yrs before I took on truck drivin. I checked everything out when I got back. It looks like a good job to me. So yea I kind of felt like I over paid but I'm good. No more crack FTW!!!!

Took out my cams. cleaned my HLA's and oil galleys. Put in GTX cams. All in all a good day

not true... just make sure the installer drys it well with a heat gun and leave the car in direct sunlight... you will be fine rolling down the windows on a good tint job the next day.
