yeah I don't think I've ever seen a set of lx mirrors that didn't have a little wobble.

It can be fixed if you carefully take them apart and check to see whats causing it. Most likely the silly mounting tabs they used to attach the glass/motor to the housing. The hooks are metal and the tabs on the mirror are plastic, so eventually the plastic gets worn and allows them to move.92 Mazda MX3 GS> For sale, $1750 OBO

The screw only holds the bottom in place. For the top you have to replace the broken plastic clips with metal hooks, or foam tape, or JB weld. Whatever you have. Hot paper clips are my favorite.1990 Protege 4WD

I only had to repair one of mine, because some time back I found a brand NOS power mirror on ebay and it was the only one the guy had left. It was the wrong color but its impossible to find NOS mirrors for the BG Pro/323 so I bought it.

I found out that my 323 can walk a stock LX. (stock 8v B6, cone filter that came on the car and no muffler because it rusted off) I was pleasantly surprised. We weren't really "racing" and didn't get crazy. Just a quick 2nd gear pull.
We lowered that same LX last night with satisfactory results.
