In other news I really think a yellow s/r with a KL swap would be a killer daily. They'd probably cry about ditching the zetec and all the super cool s/r mods it comes attached to, but I can surely fund a kl swap with selling a bluetop zetec and said mods.

Cody- I say do it, S/Rs are pretty cool. I basically cherry-picked all the parts I'd want from one (minus rear discs anyway) and I get to have a color I like.

in other news someone is selling Hello Kitty gauge overlays for an MX3 on eBay right now and I have never wanted another MX3 so badly in my life

i know the dude sellin that gauge setup, the car was all decked out in pink because it was his wifes mx3.

also nothing beats the skull zx2. those guys still hate me for making fun of it

No Proteges at my local right now. I have two concerns, lens height and backspacing, esp on the corners. Able to get any measurements and pics?

I can send you the housings. What are the odds that the slant eye lights could work? I have both rectangular and slant I could send but preferably would like to use the slant. Ill post up pics tonight or tomorrow for sure

Went and drove that S/R after work. Need to sell some parts to afford it, but I hope it becomes mine. I liked it, and it's pretty clean. Some dood is coming to look at it like now-ish, and if he doesn't buy it, the guy is going to hold it for a week or two while I raise the funds for it because it's his 3rd S/R and he wants it to go to an enthusiast (I drove the 5-door there, I think he liked it) If it doesn't work out, I'll find something else (protege5 or somethin)

I approve. there's someone on TeamZX2 that has one with those special edition late NB wheels on it that looks pretty good.

installed the Powder/SVTF pulleys today and... didn't really notice a difference? I'll have to drive it a little more I guess. at the very least, I didn't make anything worse.
