I've decided that my car is a girl, she's picky as hell, won't listen to me, always wants to fight me, and when i give her presents it's never good enough and she always wants more.

after thinking everything over, I decided to return the caliper rebuild kit and just buy some new calipers. Mine were too pitted in the bores where the sleeves go into, and I didn't want to to it twice. So I decided to replace the whole front brake system, and ordered brand new rotors, gold pads, calipers, and new DOT 4 fluid. With me driving over 100 miles per day 5 days a week, all on a dangerous road (55 mph speed limit, and LOTS of cross traffic. I pass more than 3 accidents each day. I've never gone one day without seeing at least 2 on my way there.), I'd like to make sure I have good brakes in case someone pulls out in front of me.

So anyways, I got the right side done, and am halfway done with the left side. But now my parents have family over for easter, so I had to stop working on it. Hopefully I can get it done later today so that I can drive it to school tommorow.

Gonna to try to pull the motor this week. Then I will know for sure what happened. So far, cylinder 2 and 3 smacked the spark plugs, one is worse than the other. I looked down in the holes and I think the one piston cracked into several pieces when it hit the spark plug cuz as I was being towed home, I put it in gear and popped the clutch and it sounded like gravel in my motor.

Got the motor out last night, but couldn't get the oil pan off because somebody before me used WAY too much rtv and it's cemented on there. Gonna have to chisel it off. But when I drained my oil I got oil and about 2 quarts of coolant, along with some nice metal treasures! yay!

After talking to josh, we think the head gasket finally went all the way (been running on a cracked head gasket for 2+ years), dumped coolant in the cylinder, it hydro locked and busted the piston into pieces.

Put in new right front axle and swapped out the RF wheel bearing for the DD. The CV joint noise is gone but I've become aware that I have a heat shield rattling somewhere. EEK! I hate that.
I had to remove the clip from the half shaft to be able to get the new axle on. I hope that won't affect anything.
