i dont know if ur acting stupid or ur just plain dumb. who said i will shoot 2 types of NOS system?

NOS= i have 2 sets of NOS (nitrous oxide system) at home 1 dry single fogger and 1 direct port wet system that i use to have on my 2 civics.

^^^ u see there? " i use to have it on my 2 civics"
get the point 2 civics one of each. That means since i dont own a civic no more i have a choice which system to use. Damn man! first u had to teach me wut NOS stands for just cuz u found out wut it meant but had no experience of it or wut soever.

As for the topic, I bought my Protege b/c I was getting pissed at not being able to find a CRX in good condition. I later realized how played out all of the hondas were and was glad I got my mazda instead. Now, with my MX3, I like being able to go fast and out handle most of the jackass honduh drivers on the road. I've even had some of them ask me "what model honda is that", since I completely debadged my car.....morons.
Im currently using the 323 sohc tranny.
Last year i planned on swapping my tranny to LX until i raced my friends escort lx w/ bp motor and gt tranny and smoked him big time. we have basically the same mod i know his car weight maybe 100lbs more but still i gave him a car length head start and by the time i reach my 3rd gear he was 2 cars behind me...

maybe when i get to 130-150 whp then i'll replace it cuz i know it aint strong enough to hold that kinda of power but as off right now it works great!

Real men say "nitrous". Ricer pussies say "NAWS". You sound retarded when you say it like that. 'Nuff said.

Yeah, I have the F tranny in the 323 to. I love the F and probably won't remove it. The main reason is because you get great gas mileage.
I only need to find a way to get more power in the top of 3rd and bottom 4th gears and I should be set.
I am dying to get my hands on the damn Genie headers. ohh yeah.

still waiting to race the kid with the ls swap in his 4 door civic.

I got a parking ticket that said "Datsun" on it for make. . . but I'd be insulted if someone asked me what kinda honda I drive.

Yea, well since you referred to nitrous as NOS, I figured you might try to run a wet an dry system on your engine. Thats cool! And yes, I know plenty about N20 Ive ran it on almost all of my previous cars. A 150 progressive shot into my 327 powered s10 blazer, a 75 wet shot on my built 91 talon, and a 50 wet on both my crx's. I know all I need to know about nitrous systems thanks!

originally NOS wasn't a brand, it was an abbreviation N.O.S. Nitrous Oxide System, stunt drivers marked the buttons NOS and it just kinda stuck, eventually someone picked it up as a brand.

NOS was an abbreviation but it was never a brand, even today, NOS is the name of Holley's Nitrous line of products. Holley was the first and most popular to sell nitrous as a kit, thats how it started. It wasnt just "picked up." Dont Believe me? Go find a kit, it says "NOS> , by Holley"

I checked out the price listing at the junk yard close by my place. At pick your part
bp motor $180 + $25 core charge + tax. If they're having 50% off then u'll get if for $100+ tax.

pick n pull cost $149 + tax and 50% off is $75 + tax ....damn! thats hella cheap!

I call BS on you beating a GSR. Coming from Honda's myself, I know that a properly tuned GSR should run a mid 14 second quarter mile. The ONLY reason I now have a protege is because my GF's dad gave it to me and I am in college, AGAIN. Having dumped thousands of dollars into my Honda'S, I feel that they just get boring. Maybe its speed itself that gets boring, Im not sure yet.

I have raced my friends 95 gsr w/ h/i/ex and other basic mods and no i cannot beat him. He always catches up on me on my 3rd gear but only a car length away his best time is 14.9 w/ stripped interior.

My friends 90-91 gsr w/ h/i/ex i smoked him a car and a half away his reason was he's having a bad clutch.

I can beat a stock gsr and definitely a stock civic si. I know honda's. I use to own 2 civics coupe w/ nitrous and hatch cx w/ sohc vtec swap. My best time was 14.8 on a sohc vtec w/ just basic mod and street tires.

i might be wrong here, but it seems as if you did a search for honda, and are now posting in anything and everything you see about honda, but i dunno maybe im the only one who notices this.

A 93 GSR has 160hp, 115 or so tq. It's not VTEC, it's a 1.8. The 1999 GSR in my driveway is capable of low 15's in stock form, add a couple bolt ons or some better tires, a good driver, and you're in the 14's. An LS,GS,RS B18B, not B17 (140hp, 125tq) swap in a hb would instantly be in the mid-high 14's (assuming they can drive). A B20Z is rated at 146hp, 133tq (Although this is with a horrible intake manifold/stamped exhaust manifold/****ty airbox design, etc) and that swap would look JUST like an RS,LS,GS swap (but makes power much lower and is a VERY potent motor) If you got a Honda because you didn't want what everyone else had, why are you hooking up your car based on other people. Are you that worried about what other people think? I enjoy seeing the people with tegs and hbs that stand out in a sea of them.
