For that 2-wire connector, there should be a ground behind and below the distributor pointing towards the firewall. You'll probably have to move some of the harness out of the way to find it.
As for the single wire one, I couldn't find anything in that area that looks like that. Where is that wire coming from?

Oh maybe that's the reason why the temperature gauge goes like crazy.
I found another Protegé in the junkyard and this one had a bolted ground here:
