with regards to the hole just make a size that would fit the stock screw and a philips screw driver to go in so you can tighten them. make sure to align this hole though. i just used a regular drill bit.

      I know I'm buggin a lot. Sorry

Will the screw be long enough? Abviously I can't tighten it too much cause it'll crack the lense. right?

use your stock screw. DO NOT let the screw sit atop the lense of course it will crack. that is why i said to put a hole JUST big enough for the entire screw to go in with your philips screw driver.

Now I'm confused. If I drill a hole so the screw can go in all the way won't the water get in? If I seal it up with sillicone it'll be visible won't it?

I want to be able to remove it whenever I need to, have it look good and be waterproof.

water wont go in cuz you will put clear silicone, thats what i did. picture this it will be like a well. need to put silicone around it, from the bottom of the housing up until the clear lense.

OK so I drill a small hole, put in the screw and then fill in the hole with sillicone until it's flush with the lens? How would I remove the turn signal in the future?

Or do I put a "column" of sillicone and then (when it's dry) drill into the sillicone and plexi so it surrounds the screw?

man you are driving me crazy. read what you post. how are you going to tighten it if you "drill a small hole. put in the screw and then fill the hole with silicone"

you put silicone around the housing lense right? after that build a "round wall" to where the screw goes in. after which you put the clear lense on top to dry. when you are done you will still have access to the hole to where the screw goes in.

lmfao, pollito you ever tried to explain something that was so simple in your mind to someone who just didn't get it no matter how you tried to explain it? thats beetle and you. don't take it personally, beetle, i guess for future reference you should picture everything with a description of what you are doing in the photo so EVERYONE can get it.
