4th plug had oil all on the bottom. I'm thinking rings but ppl are telling me that it still could be a hg

Ride not bad at all really kind of surprise me really kind of was worried about the rough ride but not bad at all lol as for the grill i was looking to do something different i dont know yet when i got the car the guy had chicken wire in the middle gross me out so i took it out and just didnt replace it yet

The front tires don't rub when turning/going over bumps do they? Looks like they're pretty close.

If he's on K-Sports or equivalent, then the maximum low height without removing collars still leaves room for turning lock-to-lock, and driving with barely any rubbing while turning aggressively.

Once you start taking collars out, then you may start hitting the fenders, depending on how aggressive the wheels are.
