Murphy's law!! I'd have to say my faith is more than most when it comes to the BP. Hell, been boosting/abusing this specific block since the beginning of 05 and it's still whole LOL. I know the newest additions to the setup are going to push the bottom to it's limits in stock form.. It's only a matter of time before it happens. Rods and intake will be next in the line of progress after I get it moving in the pro.

i think this is where you and i had different ideas on the crossmember, and possibly why I am running into trouble with the oem mount setup.

i have the same cut as you, but did not extend the mounting location. instead i used that mount to line up with the stock hole in the crossmember. then to accomodate the front i chopped off the front of the crossmember just after the front trans mount and then welded in a custom extension for mounting to the stock front 2 mounting point holes.

so essentionally i lined up the back and extended front, you are planning on using the stock front piece and extending the rear. i wish i had a stock crossmember here to check some measurements. mines all cut up lol

Something to that extent Still undecided as to what I'm going to do about that though. Finishing up some other more important projects this week before I'll have time to sit the motor in the bay. Need to get a good look at it from below. Finally got around to dropping the old exhaust out.. I'll have to modify a few areas on the BG exhaust for it to fit from the looks of it. The BJ slightly differs from the BG path by the fuel tank and by the rear subframe area.

reminds me how the GTR spoiler kind flops in the middle, but the opposite lol. I still love the way it looks, much better with the lower spoiler.

I like it... but, I dislike the legs big time. It looks much better on the car in person then it does in the photos. As far as exterior work goes, the next thing I plan on doing is adding hood vents as usual. I've been looking around and I think I'm gonna go with the Focus RS MK2 vents. They come real close to matching the hoods curves and contour.

Yeah.. you get the general idea of where it's going. Needs minor tweaks and cuts before being equal. I still need to flip the collector so that the ewg flange is on the drivers side. I also need to make sure this will clear my bulky tial wg.. If not, I guess I'll have to change to another wg. Remember, these are test fits still.
