wasnt the wagner kit for the 1.6 dyno'ed at 160hp at wheels.. guess you couldn't dyno you car at the crank

it was like 160 whp at 6 psi, i believe, that was with a bottom mount intercooler, i know his new kit is pushing well over 200whp, on stock internals, so its possible to make the cars fast, and when the car is like 105 crank hp to begin with, those are good numbers.

oh and zero what they are saying is that if the kit from turbo-kits.com is the same kit as http://www.mmrusa.com/turbo.htm then really the only thing thats going to fit is the manifold. i was gonna see if they would just sell me the manifold so i could buy that and get all the parts seperate.

it would be nice if they sold a complete kit, routing the piping sucks balls, lol but its doable, just depends on how much you wanna spend to have a shop custom do **** for you, or how much you can do yourself.

thats correct, it was a bottom mount intercooler with a puller fan, and it made more torque then it did hp, so thats good

Right now my buddy/roommate has a 95 civic coupe with an LS turbo. so i'm stuck on this whole turbo thing. he told me that my car would be really fast with a turbo. The shop that him and I go to does do custom work if it doesn't fit right and they don't charge too much.. actualy becuase my friend spent so much money there they did the turbo install for free so there pretty generious just as long as the machanic is interested in what your project is.

anyways. 200hp?? holy crap. i was being skeptical about the 160 at the wheels thing. ofcourse i was eatting lunch with my roomate and he was telling me about just making a custom turbo kit for way less. think i would expect the same results?

well, when i get my fuel problem figured out, i want like 170-190whp which isnt too hard, cause im gonna push like 10-12 psi
