Not surprising, considering the sample fitments were based 100% on the oem diffs we were sent.
This just basically confirms my suspicions that the Mazda/Ford OEM tolerances are not really up to scratch (in terms of consistency)
We will see what we can do to minimize the axle play, but please be aware that there will still be some with the final production unit. This will not affect function nor performance though. Lead time will be approx. 4-6 weeks from now.

That's a tricky one to answer. As you know, this is a custom product, so we've had to invest into the tooling to manufacture this LSD and without you guys needing to pay the full amount. In this respect, yes, we would very much like for everyone to be paid up by the time the LSD's are ready to ship. I'm sure most of you would understand this point.
However, I also understand that it is not fair to those who are timely with their payments, and having to wait for those who do not pay in time.
So, it's kind of a Catch 22 situation for usMFactory / YCW Engineering (LSD's, Gears, Flywheels, Clutches, Driveshafts, Axles) - www.teammfactory.com

Yeah, that is tricky... Would it be possible to start shipping out once 10 people are paid up (for either 26 or 28) as this was the minimum group buy number?
Is there a deadline for final payments? Before you criticize someone, first try walking a mile in their shoes. Because then you'll be a mile away, and you'll have their shoes...
