What are the chances of getting a plate drilled for the KL bolt pattern?

A KL/Alltrac powered 4x4 might be an intresting build.

slim to none, and its unlikely that you could get the rear transfer to clear the V6 anyway. you need to modify the BP block as it is. that's not to mention the starter location issue....

do you think an adapter plate would be possible on a klde? i know the bolt patterns are different than the bp. they are both g series tho not sure if bell housin has different bolt pattern than the bp g series tho. but that would be a sick conversion =]

i covered the KL issue above. that would be an entirely new project, it would be hardly even remotely related to this . just because it uses a G trans means nothing... we might as well be adapting to a quad-four or some other random motor.

i want to get several "confirmed" buyers before i go ahead and start collecting funds

this adapter plate could also be used with an alltrac/gt4 transmission if you were going AWD.

there actually once was a camry alltrac, but i don't know what motor that actually had or if the bellhousing pattern is compatible.

patterns that fit this plate:
3SGTE (MR2, celica alltrac)
1MZFE (v6 camry, solara)

Had a 3sfe (2.0 litre dual cam slave setup) and the bellhousing is compatible. It's not as strong as the E151F that's in the Celica AllTrac, though. Shorter gearing, though. Should be plenty fine for 300whp, but i wouldn't take it much farther.

Maybe, but there's already a few options for that transmission, so it's unlikely that it would be real relevant. Kaaz, Quaife, and TRD make one, as well as the fact that some of the E153s came with LSDs stock anyways.
