Ok so I heard from Ksport and this is getting painful/embarrassing---I hate it and I'm stuck in the middle, but there's not much I can do at this point. I've already screamed at Anthony (and then apologized, because honestly it's not his fault) my rep at Ksport, and it's not going to get us anywhere. They only have 2 of the lower mounts on this container---the rest will arrive on the 7-19 shipment---which is another month---July 19th.

He said the other 4 mounts are done and offered having them air shipped in---he said they won't pay for them (and they should in my opinion) because of the price we got, but that was an option. He also said he would refund everything and then stated that the price had gone up (which we know) and we wouldn't get this deal again. His english/grammar/context isn't the greatest---and I know he didn't mean to offend anyone---so please don't take it that way.

He placed the order and Ksport in Japan simply did not come through---they are aware how this makes them look/how I feel/and how you feel and unfortunately this is the reality of big business today. Here's the email/explanation I made him write me so I could post again in the thread---again I'm sorry and feel free to call Anthony and his boss and express how you feel---if you mention the Mazda BG GTX group buy, he'll know exactly what your talking about-

Dear Jim,

We here at Ksport due sincerely apologize for the occurring delays
that we have with the (6) Mazda BG GTX kit that you ordered. On the previous
email that we emailed we did state that you we were expecting your kits to
arrive this week. Unfortunately when everybody got on the same page as far
as the green light to proceed from your customers we rushed as fast as we
could to make these kits so they can be included in the container. However
due to the long process of making the lower mounts for this car all but two
were able to make it in the container. (2) bg kits will be here next
Thursday, and will be shipped out to whoever you choose. The rest of kits
are done and awaiting to be packaged in the next container due to arrive
7/19. Per our agreement and the price we locked you in at it will be shipped
in the next container unless your customer want to pay the difference to air
them in next week. Im sorry but we cannot cover the difference of airing
them in due to the lock in price at the time. Please inform your customers
that the price they are getting is the absolute last price they will get
these at, after it will jump up to $200 per kit. The choice is theirs if
they want to cancel, but they will not find another kit close to this price
in the future and as far as I know we are the only ones making this kit
still.

So... I've asked what the cost is to have them air shipped and I'm waiting to hear back. He said we can cancel, which normally we can't do/they don't allow which is why I get everything up front, and he would refund the money. It looks like two of the kits will be done ready to ship next week---I guess in all fairness they'll ship to the first two paid which leaves the other four with a decision to wait it out or get refunded...What does everyone think? I'll post back here the second I hear what the air freight costs.

I'll have to go back and look---Geronimo actually got struts already---he had an event this weekend and one of the board members stepped up and took his place in the group buy/gave him their struts then ordered a one off "custom order"---unfortunately his struts will be here on the 7-19 shipment. I just got an email, airshipping is $180 for each set of struts. They are all done/assembled in Japan and waiting to get loaded on the next container.

Honestly, I would have volunteered to get one of the delayed kits. Even if I had payed first. there are other factors keeping my car from getting on the road. I could care less if it takes another 4 months to get mine.
