Nah, straight obnoxious purple. The car is getting painted medium grey with a purple metallic flake. Kindof like that weird DSM color.

Have you seen my compressor housing/BOV/EWG?

        They're a pretty obnoxious purple...

Yep, that's close to the color... we're looking at more of a "chrome" purple, though.

Depends what you're using the powdercoat for. An $8 can of Rustoleum is better than POR-15 in the same conditions.

well it wasnt raining so i started testing a control arm and an endlink. it seems that with the endlink plate on top and then the bracket. its very close to the sway bar. very close as in i had to press down on the lca to get a bushing between the sway bar and rod end. im going to have to figure out another way to set up these endlinks. ill post pictures when i get on my computer later this evening

Matt did you have the swaybar links on both sides disconnected/have the car jacked up? The hole in the tab is 1 1/8" higher than the stock hole in the factory arm---so a shorter link will be necessary---but if one side is still connected ie if you jacked up one side and took off the arm/link, the swaybar will be pretty loaded...

Matt, i wouldn't think about changing your idea for the endlinks until you've got the arms on both sides.

Oh-Geronimo's shipped out a while ago and 300zx's are shipping today/Monday---Josh, yours are tacked up and should be welded next week and then Finally Swllt (Troy's) should leave next week as well. Duste, your set should be done next week and I'm guessing ship with Josh's when we figure that deal out. I'm starting to run out of parts so I guess I'm getting close to the end...

putting to much tension like that will snap the swaybar end(s) off------- Ive done it before.
Stick to OEM links not drop link design.

the entire front end was off the ground. so the front end was all dropped.

yea perhaps. still stinks that i have to wait to get my other arm powdercoated. I might need shorter bolts but i can grab some cheaper ones locally for testing.

why do you say that? With the roadrace design there is no other way to hook up the swaybar. Unless i go without and just get stiff springs
